FIPSG - THE FALKLAND ISLANDS PHILATELIC STUDY GROUP

The Falkland Islands Philatelic Study Group was founded in 1970 and has grown rapidly and today has about 500 members all over the world. Since 1971 the study group has been publishing a quarterly journal "The Upland Goose" which is very popular with the members. This journal has received silver medals at several international stamp exhibitions.

Meetings are held several times a year in GB and from time to time also in the USA, Australia, South Africa and the Falkland Islands. The study group also holds two auctions per year which include quite a lot of material.

The annual subscription (2004-2005) is £10 for members resident in Europe and £15 for those resident outside Europe.
